The Role: Resolve Finance is seeking to fill a full time position in our Osborne Park office to source, accept and qualify leads from our builder partners with a high degree of accuracy. Competitive salary structure offered to allow you to determine your income.

Key Duties: To accept and qualify loans with a high degree of accuracy, complying with all industry and company standards. Demonstrate a sound knowledge of a range of finance products. Display a high level of customer service to all clients, including being available to interview outside of normal hours (including weekends) and at the clients premises or Builder Display Homes when necessary.

Source and foster relationships with referral sources to maximise business intake and develop personal marketing initiatives.

Processing volume and cross referral targets whilst maintaining compliance standards.

To be successful in this role, the following qualities and experience are essential: Ability to create and maintain relationships with Building Consultants of the ABN Group, Outstanding customer service and attention to detail, Outstanding communication skills with internal and external clients, Strong work ethic, initiative and time management skills, Enthusiastic, passionate, driven, self-motivated, dedicated and responsible, Previous experience in the mortgage and finance industry is preferred
