HR Administrator (Junior), this junior role is a 12 month contract within the financial industry. Key objective is to support the operational HR team in driving accuracy and consistent experience for the employee and line leaders.
Responsibilities: Management of report request for: complement, head count movement and vacancy views. Drawing of various SAP reports for the specialist HR teams. Extract SAP reports for the job matching exercise and consolidate line manager feedback. Complete Payroll documentation. Complete disciplinary files and perform completeness checks. Summaries individuals training needs. Run compliance training reports. Manage exit process. Create vacancy files. Support logistics for interview process
