We are currently recruiting for a Duty Manager to join our friendly team at the Paddo Tavern. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

Proven success in a hospitality management role, Current RSA/RSG/RMLV/Approved Managers Licence, Good presentation and attention to detail. The ability to work within a team environment, Ability to professionally supervise, train and direct staff. Stock control skill

Your ability to deliver and maintain a customer experience that is of a consistently high service standard will see you excel in this position. As will the ability to lead a team and pass your skills and knowledge onto keen hospitality people seeking a career within this industry. Ideally the successful candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, be motivated and willing to learn.
