Pharmacy Technician
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day
Salary: $25.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Other Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Iqaluit, Nunavut (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Work Setting: Pharmacy
Pharmacy Assistant Specific Skills: Assist health care professionals, Compound, package and label pharmaceutical products, Maintain prescription records and inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products
Additional Skills: Maintain records and inventories of supplies, Order supplies and equipment
Security and Safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence
