Forklift Operator
Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time, Night
Salary: $13.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Cambridge, Ontario (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Not applicable
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Forklift Operator Certification, Propane Certification
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Work Setting: Warehouse
Vehicle and Equipment Experience: Dollies and hand trucks, Pallet lifters, Liquid handling equipment, Reach trucks
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Specific Skills: Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products, Make labels and attach to goods, Wrap goods, Stack goods, Handle dangerous goods and hazardous products, Maintain and organize inventory
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Gloves
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail
Work Site Environment: Outdoors
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Public transportation is available
