Maintenance Assistant / Driver, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time, Location: Blackheath, Cape Town South Africa, Age: 25 – 30

Job Brief: We are looking for a responsible maintenance assistant /driver to assist with plant maintenance and various driver duties.

Responsibilities: Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes. Upload and Offload vehicle .Do collections of variety of items as required from time to time. Follow traffic laws with minimal violations. Assist with Maintenance upkeep off all company equipment on site. Assist with maintenance checks on all equipment. Complete all relevant documentation required for maintenance. Assist with proper planning of preventative maintenance Be available on standby after hours as and when required. Ensure the workshop is clean and all equipment and tools are stored and locked .Assist with greasing of machines

Requirements: 2-3 years experience as a driver. Valid South African driver’s license Code EB + PDP (license longer than 3 years). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good driving record with minimal traffic violations. Matric or relevant education. Excellent communication skills. Sober habits. Ability to work under pressure
