Consultant: Network Management Systems, SALARY: R 432,295.65 – R 720,492.74, Purpose of the job, To assist with the provisioning of Integrated Network Management Systems with regards to the implementation, maintenance, support and projects, guided by industry standards technology, in line with business and operational requirements, to enable Converge Communication to meet its objectives and service delivery.

Key Responsibility Areas: Assist with the establishment of a network management plan and solutions according to business and operational needs and standards for SITA and customers. Plan, implement and maintain network management solutions. Provide advanced specialized network management advisory services to SITA and clients. Reporting and communication.

Qualifications and Experience: Minimum: Degree in Computer Science/Electronic Engineering/B Tech and/or National Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field (T5). Experience: 6-7 years technical experience in ICT environment (server, desktop, security, networks, network/systems management) in a large corporate/public sector organization including, Senior level technical and functional experience in network management solutions, network management systems such as HP NNMi, Cisco LMS, Cisco QPM, Cisco ACS, IBM NetCool (Omnibus, Impact, WebGui, Mediators), CA Performance Manager/eHealth, Netscout including operating systems such as Solaris, Microsoft and Linux, functional knowledge regarding fault management, configuration management, performance management, service level management
