Maintenance Supervisor - FMCG Manufacturing Plant Parow Cape Town, Our client is looking to appoint an effective Technical Services Supervisor second in charge of the technical department with relevant technical and supervisory skills to assist with machinery and equipment maintenance. Qualifications and Experience: Matric OR Relevant Technical Qualification NTC 4/ Millwright or equivalent, NOSA Supervisors Safety Training COurse (SSTC) An Added Advantage, Festo Pneumatics, Electrical fault finding, own transport essential, Experience with filling and packaging machinery (tube fillers, Bottles, labellers, cartonners), 3-5 years in a similar role as a Technical Supervisor in an FMCG Manufacturing Environment, Staff Management - Industrial Relations - Good work performance of sub ordinates, Key Performance Areas

Maintenance: Maintain - Minimal disruption to the production process, Maintain production equipment and conduct change overs as per planned schedule, Co-ordinate regular servicing of equipment with the aid of stats, Order and maintain stock of critical spares per machine. Arrange repair of broken equipment with preferred suppliers. Assist subordinates with repair and fine settings of equipment. Compile monthly reports including trend analysis.
