Pharmacist Assistant, (Post Basic) Gezina, PTA, R Market related, Our client, one of the largest retail outlets in South Africa, has an immediate vacancy. To assist the pharmacist in dispensing and to perform pharmacy related administrative duties.

FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS: Pharmacist Assistant Post Basic, Qualified as post basic pharmacist assistant, Registered as a post basic pharmacist assistant with the SA Pharmacy Council

FULLY BILINGUAL (ESSENTIAL)

1. Stock control

2. Dispensing (under supervision of pharmacist)

3. Administration

4. Housekeeping

5. Frontshop service

JOB REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE : Dispensing knowledge, Knowledge of dispensing systems and ordering systems

 JOB REQUIRED SKILLS: Computer literacy – Basic MS Office skills

EXPERIENCE: Two years’ experience as a trainee in a pharmacy

COMPETENCIES: Essential, Working with people, Adhering to principles and values, Relating and networking, Presenting and communicating information, Delivering results and meeting customer expectations, Following instructions and procedures, Coping with pressures and setbacks
