Looking for a Cost/Store Controller for a hotel in Polokwane, Salary: R12000 – R13000 live out.

Depending on experience. Position will start as 3 month contract. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a 4/5 Star Hotel. Good general knowledge of food and beverage products. Micros (Product Management) System experience essential. Strong administration, management and leadership skills. Previous Bookkeeping /Accounting experience would be an advantage. Must have grade 12 and be computer literate. Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable.

 Candidate will be required to: Responsible for ordering, receiving, issuing, storage and inventory. Responsible for daily stock counts of various areas /stock. Responsible for proper documentation of all merchandise entering or leaving the store area. Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of all storage areas. Report on variances and take follow up action.
