HR Consultant Well established Financial Institution is looking for the General HR functions covering a variety of issues. The HR consultant plays an advisory role to staff and undertakes specific projects associated with HR. Salary: Market Related CTC (Medical Aid and Pension)
Minimum requirements: Metric, with a HR Qualification. 2-5 years’ experience in a same role. Computer Literate. Liaison with Department of labour / Workman’s compensation / CCMA. Responsible for the Full General HR functions. Performance appraisals, Recruitment, Employee support programs, Human Resources reporting on Broad Based Black Economic Employment and Sustainability reporting. Liaise with Finance Department to ensure timeouts payment to suppliers. Ensure all leave records are up to date. Prepare and provide statistical information and reports, e.g. Headcount, employment equity, sustainability reports etc Analyze data, monitor and report trends, e.g. Labor turnover, absenteeism etc. Arrange management and conferences. Arrange team building. Arrange end of year awards. Arrange the logistics relating to events.
