Job Description: Our Client, a well-established Financial Broker Firm requires a vibrant Front Line Receptionist / Secretary to assist with various reception & secretarial duties. Preferably looking for someone with the ability to multi-task and handle pressure. This is a busy firm with a very nice working environment and company culture.

Candidate Requirements: Tertiary qualification (Secretarial diploma), Matric (Accounting or Mathematics as subjects), Fully Bilingual. Excellent Dictaphone typing skills (Accuracy and speed), Computer literate. Previous working experience in similar position essential. With the Job Reference on the subject line.
