Florist Vacancy in Dubai, Minimum education level: Secondary school. Floristry training, Minimum 5 years work experience in similar field, Proficiency in written and spoken English, Retail Working experience, in UAE preferably, Preferably knowledgeable in the floristry supply chain of the UAE, Expert knowledge with cut flower varieties, Has basic knowledge in the care and handling of indoor plants, Creative designs flair, Great communication and interpersonal skills, Able to work with tight deadlines, To supervise and operate all flower business activities of a newly flower retail store. The store will be catered to serve walk in clients, as well as corporate accounts. Reporting directly to HOD and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Supervises all daily business activities to ensure compliance with company standards and increase sales Prepares daily in house flower/plants request reports in order to control cost Prepares daily and weekly sales and stock report of the store Services and attends to all walk in clients , enquiries made via website, emails or phone calls. Manages all incoming enquiries and deliveries, assists in preparation of proposals and quotations Ensures sufficient store supplies and accessories are available at all times Creates and designs floral arrangements in line with the established design identity of the companies brand Creates floral arrangements in line with clients requirements/budgets and occasions
