Job Description: Produce fresh and creative content for various Social Media platforms. Create, monitor and maintain online conversations on the various Social Media platforms on a daily basis. Keep abreast of changes/trends in social media tools and incorporate into the relevant Social Media strategy accordingly. Record social media stats on a weekly basis and compile a monthly report on the Social Media statistics for management. Ensure all social media initiatives are aligned with business objectives and support these objectives at all times. Create and maintain brand awareness within the social media realm. Online reputation management tracking, monitoring and reporting on what is being said about each relevant brand in the digital space. Ensure the business's standards are adhered to and maintained in all social media initiatives. Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media programs and analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Ensure social media / networking campaigns execute flawlessly and are managed accordingly. Assist in building social media strategy.
