Description: IT Help Desk Technical Support / Call Center, Arabic and English Speaker (Bilingual speaker mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Level 1 & 2 support -Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software
• Configuring network & client devices to user standards
• IT support skills & knowledge
• Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support team
• Technical knowledge on Server, Storage, Networking and Wireless products, MS Windows OS, end-user devices.
• To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adheres to all
• Job Timings: 24hrs and Flexible Shifts
• Must be available to join immediately
• Must be Engineers holding degrees, preferably Telecommunication or Computer engineer
• Location: Dubai Outsource Zone or Dubai Media City
• Salary Range: AED 6000/- to AED 6500/-
