Responsibilities: Answering guest queries on arrival and during stay. Greeting and directing guests, as well as staff. Doing VIP room blocking in coordination with supervisor Essential Duties

Key Responsibilities: Responding to complaints, service issues and other general questions or concerns as appropriate. Allocating the rooms. Checking in and checking out guest. Closing his cash properly and dropping the cash envelope for accounts.

Knowledge/Skills required: Good customer relations skills. Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
