Established company is expanding its existing sales team with exiting new products and solutions for motivated sales executives with experience in and knowledge of IT solutions / software / security industry sales. Basic salary will be commensurate with experience. Excellent target performance incentives. Junior and senior positions available.

Requirements: References imperative in success for sourcing and securing new business.  Positions subject to criminal back ground check. Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle. Must have own cellular phone. Electronic security solutions sales experience an advantage.

Required Skills:

• New business development and deal closure

• Client/Prospect relationship development and accurate forecasting

• Cold calling and appointment scheduling

• Positive personality and ability to identify and influence decision makers on the value of IT product solutions and services.

• Self motivated Individual with the desire to work in a fast paced environment, where your actions significantly impact the overall growth of the company and your own success

• Problem solving, decision making.

• Listening and creative thinking capabilities

• Develop a sales plan for targeted accounts to meet or exceed sales, marketing and customer satisfaction objectives.

• Ability to manage proposal responses

• Ability to negotiate contracts

• Assess competitor strategies and neutralize with counter strategy.

Required Experience

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and securing new business.

• Minimum 1 -2 years external B2B sales experience preferred.

• The ideal candidate must be self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Candidates must possess a confident personality suitable for handling cold calls and account management.

• Excellent presentation, organization, verbal and written communication are mandatory.

• Candidates are expected to be able to converse fluently at all contact levels within an organization (middle to senior management).

• Candidates must possess and subscribe to high work and business ethics, and be extremely self motivated.

• Must be a team player.

Required experience:

•    IT Sale Solutions: 2 years.
