Our highly recognized client is looking for an entrepreneurial CA who has had exposure to funding and strong on modeling.

Advise on how to meet targets and create investment capital

Provide investment advice, tactics and recommendations

Strong in Corporate Governance

Use financial modeling to predict outcomes

Good experience in funding

Negotiate and structure financial details

Liaise with all parties involved in transactions and assist with negotiations

Assess and predict financial risks and returns

Liaise with accountants, lawyers, financial experts and regulatory bodies

Contribute to competitive bid proposals and formal presentations

Deal with Shareholders on a personal level

 Education Specification, CA (S.A.) not negotiable, 3-5 years’ experience (preferably in property sector but not limited thereto), Preferably a corporate finance background

 Personal Specification, Strong Financial Modelling and Tax skills, Analytical, Proven track record, Experience at board level, Management and leadership abilities, Strong on reporting, Hands on approach, Posted By: MGI for Client, Start Date: As soon as possible, Salary: R1 million p.a. + performance bonus, Location: Sandton, JHB
