Insolvency Executive

Insolvency Executive - Dublin Our client, a leading professional services firm in Dublin city centre, currently have an exciting opportunity for a person with a property management or banking insolvency background to take up a role in a newly created team. This role is initially a 2 year contract. The Role: The main focus of the role will be to assist in the running and management of a portfolio of residential investment properties in receivership. Responsibilities:

    Liaison with tenants and control of rents
    Appointment of valuers and estate agents
    Analysis of property valuations and rental levels
    Property marketing strategy
    On-going liaison with agents and solicitors during sales process
    Initial, strategy and disposal reports to bank
    Weekly and monthly reporting to the bank
    Advising on disposal strategy versus hold strategy
    Producing estimated outcome statements
    Tax and VAT checks and reviews
    Payment of statutory property taxes
    Invoicing, bank reconciliation
    Implementation of management of cases files / work programmes

Requirements:

    QFA qualification essential
    3 - 4 years experience
    Self-confident individual with good communications skills
    Commercial awareness
    Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment
    Ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure
