Description: Male, Below 45 years old, Preferably Lebanese, Indian and SkiLankan nationals, Must be educated in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent degree, Minimum 5 years of GCC experience especially in fine dining restaurant. Should be able to handle minimum of 5 restaurant branches in order to achieve sales targets and optimize profits, minimize costs, improve employee retention and guest’s service, quality on food and sanitation. With good personality and professionally qualified.
