Lounge Attendant - Bloemfontein

Main purpose of job: To provide a clean, safe and sanitary kitchen area and lounge facility at all times. This involves keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and organised, washing and cleaning dishes, food preparation equipment and utensils on a daily basis and ensuring the lounge and all of its facilities is neat, clean and presentable.

Minimum requirements: Maths and English literate at matric and ELSA Elementary ABET 4 levels. Must be able to communicate clearly and understand English. Experience working in a busy restaurant, caféor bar would be advantageous. Ability to perform general calculations and measurements and apply this knowledge in the workplace. Sufficient knowledge of food and food preparation. Experience in domestic cleaning in a hospitality environment would be advantageous

Physical requirements: Must be medically and physically fit to perform the duties required for this position. Professional in behaviour and appearance. Must be able to walk for long periods of time.
