System Engineer

My client are currently seeking to employ an experienced Systems Engineer to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of server software and hardware predominantly based on Microsoft platforms, as well as managing and administrating tests developed on Hyper-V. Whilst doing this you will also assist in the formulating of standards and practices for systems support.

You will be apart of a fast and effective team within a friendly and progressive working environment

Skills/Experience required:

    Excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2008R2 and 2012
    Experience with *nix (Red Hat and Ubuntu)
    Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, Hyper-V and STMP Server
    Highly skilled in SAN Design and RAID Groups
    SQL Server 2008 / 2012
    MySQL
