ARENA ATTENDANT The Gateway Recreation Centre Inc. (GRC) is looking for one Arena Attendant to fill a full-time position (various shifts, days, evenings and weekends). A Class W Refrigeration ticket or higher is required. Duties for the position will consist of flooding and maintenance of the indoor ice, outdoor grounds and janitorial work. The physical requirements for the position are: sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, kneeling, stooping, use of both hands, manual dexterity, visual acuity/color vision and lifting weights up to 20 kg. This individual must be able to work under minimum supervision and possess good interpersonal skills. Salary ranges from $20.20 to $20.96 per hour. GRC has an excellent benefit package and RRSP plan for full-time employees.
