Description: FEUER/MESLER is seeking a full time registrar and production manager.

Three years of experience in either a contemporary art gallery or shipping company required, as well as knowledge of Artbase, Photoshop, Excel and standard shipping procedures.

Must be punctual, detail oriented with excellent communication skills. Must complete tasks thoroughly and with foresight of potential obstacles.

Duties include: Overseeing incoming and outgoing artworks

Manage the production of artworks with various printers, framers and fabricators

Supervise documentation with the archivist

Coordinate collections between artists, collectors and shipping companies

Execute detailed condition reports

Supervise art handlers during installation of exhibitions and viewing rooms

Track the locations of all artworks across multiple gallery locations and storage spaces

Assist in coordinating and tracking production of artworks

Arrange appraisals

Other tasks as needed
