Apollo Specialist Centre is looking for a dynamic, well presented and hard working receptionist to join our growing medical team. This position will be on a casual basis which could be converted to contract/part-time/full-time position in future as we are looking to build a good team.
You will be working approximately 20-25 hours a week between 8 AM and 5 PM. You will be required to work with other medical receptionists.
The role consists of (but is not limited to) -
Delivery of quality service to patients and health care professionals
Handling phone calls & booking appointments, calling up GP surgeries to follow up on referrals
Financial – invoicing, receipting, banking General Administration: computer literacy and other administrative duties as directed
General house-keeping duties.
Confidential management of patients information
Key Criteria -
• Some experience in this role is preferable but not essential
• Some experience in medical software is preferable
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Professional customer service
• Excellent communication skills: face to face, written and telephone
• Ability to multi-task, use initiative and problem solve
• Compassionate and professional manner
• Calm, reliable and flexible team player
• To be able to work autonomously within the team
