B2B Account Manager, Location: downtown Vancouver, Reports to: VP Business Development
Job Summary: Wider Funnel needs a B2B Account Manager to effectively optimize all client-related matters. That means understanding the importance of client communication and working closely with our strategy team to ensure our client expectations are met and they are the happiest they can be. You must be a highly motivated team player who loves building lasting relationships and comfortable connecting with key client stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Directly oversee the overall client health of all Wider Funnel accounts. Reach out, establish and maintain multiple points of contact with Wider Funnel’s key client stakeholders. Participate client strategy calls. Work closely with the Director of Optimization and Conversion Strategists to ensure important client information is immediately communicated and addressed. Manage a portfolio of Wider Funnel clients and drive the up-sell and renewal efforts. Live Wider Funnel’s values – Grit – Trust – Maverick – Integrity – Curiosity.
Requirements: 5+ years experience with B2B Account Management. Solid communication skills (written and verbal) and comfort communicating with clients and prospects at all levels. Natural interpersonal skills. Self-motivated to exceed quota goals. Strong computer skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Experience at an interactive or marketing agency in client management. Must be able to live and work in Vancouver, BC Canada.
