JOB SUMMARY
The individual in this position provides technical support to the clients of Salus Systems (guiding them in using their technology tools and resources effectively) and is responsible for helping to maintain network services and servers.   Salus provides a supportive working environment that allows ample opportunity to further your creative technical skills, participate in interesting projects, and foster on-going personal and career development. The role could possibly require occasional periodic travel within B.C.   Salus offers a competitive compensation package that includes a salary based on a 35-hour work week and, after completing a 3-month probation period, full MSP coverage, extended health benefits, education & training, and company-sponsored activities & events.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
After time and with some paid training, specific duties will include the following:
Client Support
    Assist clients having trouble in using systems/products/services
    Provide telephone, email, or on-site technical support including diagnosis, repairs, setup, configuration, etc.
