JOB SUMMARY
The individual in this position provides technical support to the clients of Salus Systems (guiding them in using their technology tools and resources effectively) and is responsible for helping to maintain network services and servers. The role could possibly require occasional periodic travel within B.C. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
After time and with some paid training, specific duties will include the following:
Client Support
Assist clients having trouble in using systems/products/services
Provide telephone, email, or on-site technical support including diagnosis, repairs, setup, configuration, etc.
