Sr. Programme/Projects Planner, Smart Deal Group
Job Details: The Master programme planner will be responsible for providing overall planning & scheduling leadership for a complex programme from End-to-End system integrated solutions aligned with programme/projects ICT Digital, Passive and Active from infrastructure, M2M, mobility, security, network, and Smart transformational initiatives programme/project management and delivery.
The Master programme planner will be responsible for ensuring all schedules are prepared and updated in accordance with Integrated Master Schedule- IMS Best Practices. The planner will monitor schedule performance, identify and analyze trends and make recommendations for workarounds or recovery plans in a proactive manner. Responsibilities include resource loading schedules, analyzing schedule risk assessments, performing critical path analysis and schedule health audits, providing support to management and customer reviews. He/She will work closely with the Programme Managers, project managers, Solution providers and Programme Director to create a central control point / interface among the various vendors, solution providers and the client organization.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree and 8 years related experience - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Solid experience and certifications in Microsoft Project; IMS Development (MUST) - Solid experience in Earned Value Management - Solid experience in Critical Path Methodology - Programme & Project Management Life Cycle knowledge - Proven schedule analytical skills - Candidate must have a sound working knowledge of the PMI, RAD, Agile and RUP methodologies. - Knowledge in Primavera software P6 is a plus.
