Food Service Supervisor
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, On Call, Shift, Weekend, Day
Salary: $12.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Medical Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Moncton, New Brunswick (2 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Languages: Speak English, Speak French, Read English, Write English
Work Setting: Food service establishment, Fast food outlet or concession
Supervisory Experience: Food and beverage servers, Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Security and Safety: Criminal record check (abstract)
Own Tools/Equipment: Uniform
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
Work Site Environment: Noisy, Hot
Work Location Information: On-site customer service
