Description: Housekeeping Supervisor required We are looking urgently to grow our Housekeeping Supervisors Team Members for prestigious hotels across Dubai.
Skills: Good knowledge of Housekeeping operations. Maintain records related to day to day operations of Housekeeping. Follow up with concerned departments in case of guest requests/ complaints. Good understanding of the property management software ( Opera ). Allocation work for each staff according to point system / work load for the day. Coordinate with Engineering / Maintenance department for room maintenance issues. Coordinate with Front office department. Give proper handover to the next shift and mention all responsibilities in detail to next shift staff before leaving. Assist Housekeeper and Asst. housekeeper for preparing the monthly and/or daily reports. Great English skills Positive attitude Ability to work well in a team. Immaculate presentation and Hygiene standards. Passion to deliver the perfect service. 1 year of experience in Housekeeping Department, preferred in Dubai.
