Job Description
Responsibilities:
•Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned program (Drilling Support Module/Derrick Equipment Set).
•Acts as the Company representative in regards to the customer and selected subcontractors during the program's execution.
•Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the customer. Markets and secures additional work with customer.
•Oversees establishment of Work Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and other documents for hazardous waste work. May participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of customers.
Requirements:
•15 + years of relevant supervisory and/or project management experience is required.
•Experience in multi disciplinary projects for topsides and drilling facilities is required
•Has experience managing work directly and indirectly through Professionals who may be leading others.
•Has managed specialized, complex (high-impact) single projects or multiple, but similar type projects including minor or major projects.
