Early childhood educator
Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time, Day, Evening
Salary: $15.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, Vision Care Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Charlottetown & Cornwall, Prince Edward Island (2 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate, First Aid Certificate
Experience: Experience an asset
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Children's Ages: Newborn, 3-11 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing
Other Information:To work as part of a team to support the delivery of community based programs for parents/care-givers with children from 0 to 6 years. Family Resource Centre setting and outreach locations.
