Trade Marketing Specialist

Position Summary: As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you'll show our clients why we are the leaders in the incentives industry by helping them deliver cutting edge promotions. Your primary responsibility will be to consult with our clients and advise them on how to structure, communicate, launch, and measure their promotions to drive better business outcomes. We’re looking for a multi-talented marketer who can take a new promotion from concept to completion and isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves do get the job done. At 360, satisfying the customer is not sufficient: we will not have succeeded until we’ve made that customer an advocate for us.
Responsibilities: Work alongside Project Managers and Account Managers to help new and existing clients structure, communicate and launch new promotions on the 360Incentives.com platform.
• Work alongside copywriters and graphic designers to produce digital and print collateral that supports the launch of new clients and promotions.
• Advise our clients on incentive promotion best practices.
• Measure the performance of your client’s promotions and suggest ways that they can be improved.
• Work with the sales team as the trade marketing subject matter expert by participating on sales calls and in short listing meetings.
• Provide input for weekly, monthly and quarterly update reports to the management team.
Skills and Experience
• 3-5 years of marketing experience with consumer brands on a wide range of projects such as print, digital and social.
• Tech savvy individual, knowledgeable about cloud solutions in the sales and marketing space such as Sales force, Eloqua and Marketo.
• Demonstrated experience moving complex projects from concept to completion.
• Agency experience is an asset.
Compensation
This is a salaried full-time position paid at a level to compensate with the experience of the individual for our location. Benefits include group health insurance plan as part of the compensation package.
