Job Details: Were hiring Venue: Sharaf Group Retail Division, Al Hilal Building, Garhoud (Next to Chillis Restaurant), Dubai SDG-003: Call Center Supervisors: Call center supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of call center agents in an outbound call center supporting the outdoor sales team in identifying new prospects and providing sales leads. The candidate should have 3-5 years experience working in an outbound call center/telesales setup with minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position preferably dealing with IT/Telecom/Banking products.
