Cabinetmaker (Journeyman/Woman)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day
Salary: $24.00 to $26.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Bonus, Dental Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits, RRSP Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Experience: 5 years or more
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Major Work Area: Custom Work, Furniture and cabinet assembly
Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Commercial, Industrial, Millwork shop, Custom cabinet shop
Area of Specialization: Cabinets, Millwork
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Specific Skills: Trim joints and fit parts together, Sand wooden surfaces, Set up and operate saws and other woodworking machines to cut, shape and form parts, Machine components for cabinets, furniture and other items, Laminate cabinet and furniture components, Prepare and apply laminated plastics
Additional Skills: Maintain clean and safe work environment
Own Tools/Equipment: Safety glasses/goggles
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail
Work Site Environment: Non-smoking
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication
