Food service supervisor (Food & Beverage Supervisor)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $21.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Setting: Restaurant
Supervisory Experience: Food and beverage servers
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports
Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Prepare budget and cost estimates
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Standing for extended periods
