Motor Mechanic - Claims Administrator Must produce N1 - N4 Certificates plus Trade certificates
• Claims control
• taking telephonic claims related calls average 70 p/d
• authorizing as valid claims
• repudiating claims
• arranging assessors when necessary
• Effective professional handling of queries
• Liaison with the general public, corporate and internal staff,
• Familiarizing and meeting set deadlines
• Alert and take action upon potential fraudulent claims.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Preferably 2-3 years working experience in an insurance claims environment, Computer, Insurance, Motor Mechanics will be to the candidate’s advantage, Previous administrative position of same or similar nature
OTHER: The candidate suitable for this position must have own transport, a tendency towards good time keeping and punctuality. Effective communication skills both orally and written will not be compromised
