Strategy Officer, One of our clients is looking for a dynamic individual to take up a 3-6 months assignment as a Strategy Officer, Minimum deliverables for the contract period that would be expected:
•Designing 2015-2020 Business Plan templates
Ensuring alignment with Strategy and individual PMS
May require some benchmarking
Automating the above in the organization’s CMS and KMS
•Designing templates for the division’s DCTs (data compilation templates)
Ensure alignment with the organization’s M&E system
Automating the above in the organization’s CMS and KMS
This entails an understanding of the APP plus the Outcomes & Impact Performance Plans
Requires candidate to work closely with Divisional Assistants
•2014/15 Annual Report:
Designing the Annual Report template
Collating data from divisions
Drafting a narrative
May require some benchmarking, particularly to consider Integrated Reporting principles.
•General
Preparation of presentations
Collation of data as requested on an ad-hoc basis
Strategy-related research
Co-ordination of strategic planning processes (workshops, meetings etc.)
Key Experience:
•The successful incumbent must come from a professional background in management consultancy, auditing or corporate planning.
Key Requirements:
•Understanding of Government Planning processes
•Experience in M&E or Strategic Planning
•Experience in or deep understanding of business process management
•Attention to detail
•Good writing skills
