Depot Manager - Lichtenburg
National company requires a Depot manager, min qualification Grade 12 and Diploma in Transport, B Com degree /similar deg. Marketing Diploma with 5 years’ experience in a similar position• Person must preferably have fuel and or powders background and solid experience in transport industry. Operations: Compare and display operational effectiveness in terms of branch best practice.
•Technical: Responsible for the implementation of the vehicle maintenance program.
•Budget annually / monthly and daily:
•Actual costs versus budget annually / monthly and daily: Controls branch expenditure.
•Effective branch management.
•Customer visits.
•Ensure the availability, safety and reliability of vehicles, which include vehicle image.
•Human Resources: Implementation of all HR Company policies.
•Compliance to SHEQ requirements and applicable legislations
•Monthly meetings - shop stewards, safety etc.
