Customer service representative - call centre (Technical Support- Trouble Shooting- Bilingual)
Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time, Shift, Day, Evening
Salary: $14.00 to $14.35 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Receive and log complaints, Investigate complaints, Maintain records and statistics
