IT Support engineers – ITSE2015D,
Description: We are looking for an IT Support Engineer who is familiar with the IT Environment, the candidate will be working on his own with an environment of 25 users with common problems and issues, knowledge with security is highly recommended for the sensitivity of the data.
Responsibilities: Configure routers, switches and firewalls, Manage windows server 2003 and 2008, Managing Servers hosted in Datacenters. Handle IP telephony switches like Avaya, Cisco, NEC, Handle Microsoft Exchange, SQL and MySQL, Manage IT solution project implementation, Communicate with vendors and partners.
Skills Requirement: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Fluent in English, 3+ year experience in relevant roles, Open minded thinking, perfectionist, Dedicated to work and use IT Support engineers ITSE2015D as subject
Creativity is highly required
