Types of shingles, tiles and pre-formed sheeting materials: Asphalt shingles, Cedar/wood shingles, Cement fibre shingles, Fibreglass sheeting, Fibreglass shingles, Metal sheeting, Metal shingles, Steel tiles, Vinyl sheeting

Specific Skills: Install sheet metal flashings, Apply waterproof coatings to concrete and masonry surfaces, Set up scaffolding, Troubleshoot and detect leaks, Repair or replace roofing systems, Inspect re-roofing, Maintain motors, pumps and power equipment

Additional Skills: Supervise other workers

Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Security and Safety: Bondable, Driving record check (abstract)

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Safety equipment/gear, Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles, Safety harness
