PLANNING MANAGER.
Job Description: Candidates shall be Civil Engineering graduates with minimum 12 years of effective experience in Project planning, time and claim management spent with contracting companies in U.A.E.
They should have worked in non-process construction building projects, including residential/or Office/ or public buildings (schools, hospitals, administration). They should have advance knowledge and experience in preparation of project planning packages, administration of project schedules, cost planning, preparation of claims (time and cost related). English communication and writing skills, knowledge in contracts, contractual communication and management of claims, procurement, analytical and presentation reporting, computer planning (Primavera) and other relevant application skills. They should have executed projects with Oil & Gas government related entities in the GCC countries (ex: Adnoc, Adco, Adgas, Adma, Aramco).
