About Us: Rocky Mountain Pathways Ranch is a guest ranch near Estes Park, CO. The ranch runs programs for high school students who are looking for work experience; as well as corporate retreats, weddings and other activities. We are currently looking for Resident Advisor to live on the property and provide support to the high school students that attend our various programs on the ranch. Ideal candidates will be outgoing, energetic, and as passionate for the great outdoors as they are for doing great work. Food and lodging is provided.
Sleep and Eat
Staff accommodation is mostly communal (shared rooms) with staff housed 2 persons to a room with beds, furniture, linens, pillows and blankets. Staff meals are provided 3 times per day and is the same quality of food as our guests experience. There is a staff dining area and snacks/beverages are available at all times.
 OPEN POSITIONS:
RESIDENT ADVISOR
The Ranch Resident Advisor supports small groups of students for our 14 Day Colorado Ranch Leadership Program. The RAs will be assisting and participating with our students in various activities, overseeing bunks, and assisting with other duties/activities to support the program goals.
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:*
 Sleep in Student Housing to assure safety and camp guidelines are being met
 Establish team or cohort connections with assigned Campers
 Conduct meetings with students and chaperons daily
 Liaison and manage relationship between Pathways and Camp Clients
 Support Students in Experiential Learning Activities and create a safe environment for them.
 Facilitate Small Group Discussion and Debrief with students.
 Responsible to get all students to activities on time
 Set emotional tone for activities
 Motivate students throughout the camp process.
Education and Experience:
 Bachelor’s Degree
 1 to 2 years experience working with At-Risk Youth
 Prior Camp RA or Teaching experience is preferred
 Must be at least 21 years of age
 Employee must pass TB Test and Physical Examination
 Must be able to pass background
 Duration: May 2015 - December 2015
Pay: $275 per week plus Room & Board
