Marketing Specialist (B2B)

In this new Marketing Specialist role, reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, you will partner closely with the Business team to support all B2B, sales, and monetization initiatives - from business case studies, collateral & presentation decks, to full marketing strategies to drive business awareness and acquisitions. You bring at least 3 years of experience in a B2B Marketing focused role with an emphasis on lead generation and support for internal business and sales teams.
What you will be doing:
    Develop marketing strategy and plan to raise industry awareness, positioning, and messaging of Wattpad (geared towards advertising partners, publishers, entertainment companies, and more!)
    Launch and provide ongoing marketing support for Wattpad’s Partner Program
    Work closely with Sales to generate inbound leads for Wattpad’s Native Advertising offering
    Research, identify, and evaluate key industry events that put Wattpad front and center of chosen publishing, entertainment, advertising conferences and industry events
    Support Wattpad PR and thought leadership efforts in target verticals
    Ensure key elements of co-promotion while workings with our world-class partners
What we’re looking for:
    At least 3 years of B2B-focused Marketing experience, preferably within a tech/internet company
    Experience marketing to Brands, Agencies, Entertainment Companies, Publishers, and other relevant sectors.
    Strong business writing and presentation skills. You are a great communicator both inside and outside the building
    A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA a plus

    You have the ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
