Job Details: Prepares QC inspection reports/ documentation based on his findings Maintains QC records and reports efficiently Reports all product/ procedure non-conformity to his superior Performs visual inspections, measurements and necessary functional testing on manufactured products Conducts routine inspection of products to ensure that the product meets 100% Franked Quality Standards Controls and maintains quality standards for the products which company manufactures Double-checks product quantities as per the requirement/ shop order. Working together with manufacturing, set up and maintain lean manufacturing processes in the plant Identifies root cause of quality issues/ faulty product and provides feedback to superior Works with concerned department and immediate supervisor to resolve quality issues
Requirements: Technical background, preferably in related production technologies (e.g., quality, assembly, pressing, welding) Strong process/project management capabilities. We are looking for a QC Coordinator to support our Quality team for documentation and reporting. With technical background and preferably coming from Computer/IT/Administrative field, with 2 - 3 years experience, With the subject QC Coordinator Applicant.
