We are currently seeking a Head Chef for one of our restaurants in the city centre. Successful candidates must have previous management experience and must be able to show initiative,enthusiasm and pride in their work. Essential criteria: a minimum of two years experience in a similar role, fluent English, excellent communication skills; a high level of attention to detail; availability to work flexible hours;a good working knowledge of HACCP; knowledge of Spanish cooking.
