Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role as Warehouse-Dispatch Manager in Durban. The Warehouse-Dispatch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. Other responsibilities include managing inventory levels, coordinating with logistics teams, and supervising warehouse staff.

Qualifications and required skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Operations, or a related field. Experience in warehousing, inventory management, and logistics. Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory software. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations. Experience with SAP and other ERP systems is a plus.

Certification in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management is preferred supervisory skills.

Dispatching - team leadership inventory management / skill in stock takes and stock management / multiple warehouses operations management could be an added advantage you must have good communication skills and be able to negotiate with suppliers etc excellent teamwork must be managed you must be aware of customer service at all times computer knowledge /pastel / outlook / XL you must be very experienced in this field. Person Must have between 5 /8 years’ experience.
