We are NZ's largest privately owned podiatry group dedicated to excellence in patient outcomes, and we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to our growth and success by sourcing, hiring, and retaining top talent in the field of podiatry.

Position Overview: As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our organisation by managing all aspects of the HR function, from recruitment to employee relations. You will be responsible for prospecting and following up with leads for potential podiatrists, facilitating and conducting interviews, handling paperwork, overseeing all human resources matters, and conducting and coordinating annual performance evaluations. Ensuring a steady pipeline of potential candidates for future openings by managing and maintaining our social media and communication platforms.

Responsibilities: Ensuring adequate staffing levels for Foot Mechanics at all times. Source and cultivate leads for potential podiatrists through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events. Conducting interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for available positions within the organisation. Managing the hiring pipeline process, including coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers and providing induction training.

Maintain a list of leads and where they are at in the employment process. *Handle all paperwork related to new hires, including employment contracts, onboarding documents, and benefits enrollment forms. Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, leave requests, policies, procedures, and benefits. Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Coordinate and facilitate annual performance reviews for all employees, working closely with managers to ensure a fair and consistent process.

Qualifications: Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation. Proven experience in sourcing candidates using social media and comms platforms eg LinkedIn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and employees. Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of NZ employment laws and regulations, particularly as they relate to hiring and employee relations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. *Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. This is an office based, in Tauranga city and not suitable as a work from home role.
