An exciting opportunity is now available within the Victorian Team for the right candidate in the retail and commercial sector.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role will take responsibility for contract management and service delivery across a specific Melbourne area for a national cleaning service provider.
The position will focus on the profitable management of cleaning contracts whilst ensuring services are delivered to the specified quality standard and to enhance the company's reputation as a premium service provider and risk manager.
The role will involve: Understanding our contractual responsibilities in servicing each contract. Building relationships with our customers and responding to their requirements. Managing site managers and cleaning teams responsible for each individual site. Ultimate responsibility for delivering the required quality standard across the portfolio. Ensuring that all services are delivered within our framework for occupational health, safety and sustainability. Maximizing company profitability in achieving the above. Work hours are flexible to achieve business objectives, however success in this role may involve some commitment to working outside standard business operating times.
